Question. Can I save the completed PDF form without loosing data?

Answer. No, unless your computer has the full version of Adobe Acrobat. The Acrobat Reader (Free software) does not have the ability to save completed forms.

Question. Why can't I read the form after I open it?

Answer. Check what version of the Acrobat Reader you are using. If it is 3.0 or earlier versions it won't print the data that you have entered in the form fields. Download the latest Acrobat Reader from the Adobe site http://www.adobe.com

Question. How do I check what version of Adobe Reader I am using?

Answer. Click on 'Help' from the menu bar and then click on 'About Adobe Acrobat.

Question. Why don't the calculations on the form work?

Question. Why can't I complete a form on the screen?

Answer. Forms on the internet site have different functionality as indicated in the last column. There are some forms on the internet that you can complete on screen, and some you can only print and then complete by hand. In addition, there may be some forms that you can only view on the screen but can't print or complete.

Question. How do I enter data on a form.

Answer. Using the mouse, select the field in which you are going to enter the datAnswer. Click once. A blinking cursor will appear in the field you have selected. Enter the data in that specific field. To fill in another field or fields, point and click with the mouse OR press and enter the data in each separate field, until you have completed the form.
To go backwards to a previous field, hold the key down while pressing the key. You can use the mouse to go backwards by pointing the arrow to the field and clicking once in that field.
