 Purpose of Form:This tool is to be used by public bodies (identified government agencies) that choose to submit conflict of interest rules or revised rules to the Conflict of Interest Commissioner for approval. These rules should use the language and format of Ontario Regulation 381/07 to the extent possible.

  • Now complete the form, save the data, and close it. Then open again to see if the input data is there.
